As the President of tamburrino, Patrick Tamburrino is committed to understanding his clients’ needs and working with them to help develop effective solutions. Prior to launching his full-time career in technology consulting, Patrick gained experience in Information Technology engineering, project management and I.T. management at four notable Memphis-based companies. Patrick has been responsible for management of nationwide network and telecommunications operations, disaster recovery operations and has managed I.T. budgets for companies whose annual revenues exceed $4 billion. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, he is a classically trained pianist, has run five marathons and is currently training to compete as a NPC Bodybuilder.
Marina Garland is the manager of operations for tamburrino, and employs her skills in organization to keep everyday activities running smoothly. In the past, Marina has worked in administration for the United States Army and has been a property agent. She has extensive language skills, which have contributed to her strong history as a translator. She is fluent in two languages and can understand several more. Marina has lived and worked all over the nation and in Europe, which has contributed to her knowledge and appreciation of international cultures. When not handling tamburrino business, Marina enjoys spending time with her daughter, leading a healthy lifestyle and adding to her ever growing collection of shoes.
As one of tamburrino’s information specialists, Dixie Lucas effectively uses her 20-plus years of computer experience helping clients become more comfortable with existing and emerging technology. Dixie worked for much of her career at the Greater Memphis Chamber, where she aided staff with every day computer issues and maintained its core network. Dixie has years of experience in managing IT budgets, developing disaster recovery plans, and managing IT assets. Dixie is an excellent trainer and excels in one-on-one and classroom environments. Dixie’s attention to detail and proactive approach in IT Management make her a perfect fit for the tamburrino team. Dixie has been known to show up at science fiction conventions in her persona of a Captain in Starfleet. She also reads, crochets, gardens and attends classic car shows with her husband, Jeff, in his purple 1955 Chevrolet Handyman station wagon.
Trained in providing consumer focused IT solutions, Jay Martin uses his years of experience in information technologies to provide both effective training and solutions for technologies both new and old. Jay has worked in a number of positions in the field with a focus predominately, but not limited to: network technologies and general maintenance of networking equipment and its interaction with customer technologies while providing solutions to meet and exceed client demand. Jay has been known to spend his time playing disc golf at a number of the courses nationwide and has been known to make a number of day trips to accommodate. Additionally, Jay has a vested interest in tabletop games and will often spend free time in Comic Book/Hobby Shops around the area.
As Help Desk Analyst Chuck Saylor strives for efficient resolutions to end users IT needs in a timely, friendly and courteous manner. Most of Chuck's experience is with Desktop and Help Desk support roles using remote software and deskside assistance. Chuck was previously employed by companies such as FedEx and Wright Medical/Microport Orthopedics. In his free time, Chuck enjoys umpiring softball in the Memphis area 9 months a year as well as National tournaments across the US. Chuck has had 2 Air BnB vacation and business rental properties for the last 4 years, and enjoys meeting and having guests from all over the world So far he has friends on every continent except Africa and loves giving them suggestions on things to do while in Memphis.
