As the President of tamburrino, Patrick Tamburrino is committed to understanding his clients’ needs and working with them to help develop effective solutions. Prior to launching his full-time career in technology consulting, Patrick gained experience in Information Technology engineering, project management and I.T. management at four notable Memphis-based companies. Patrick has been responsible for management of nationwide network and telecommunications operations, disaster recovery operations and has managed I.T. budgets for companies whose annual revenues exceed $4 billion. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, he is a classically trained pianist, has run five marathons and is currently training to compete as a NPC Bodybuilder.
Marina Garland is the manager of operations for tamburrino, and employs her skills in organization to keep everyday activities running smoothly. In the past, Marina has worked in administration for the United States Army and has been a property agent. She has extensive language skills, which have contributed to her strong history as a translator. She is fluent in two languages and can understand several more. Marina has lived and worked all over the nation and in Europe, which has contributed to her knowledge and appreciation of international cultures. When not handling tamburrino business, Marina enjoys spending time with her daughter, leading a healthy lifestyle and adding to her ever growing collection of shoes.
As one of tamburrino’s information specialists, Dixie Lucas effectively uses her 20-plus years of computer experience helping clients become more comfortable with existing and emerging technology. Dixie worked for much of her career at the Greater Memphis Chamber, where she aided staff with every day computer issues and maintained its core network. Dixie has years of experience in managing IT budgets, developing disaster recovery plans, and managing IT assets. Dixie is an excellent trainer and excels in one-on-one and classroom environments. Dixie’s attention to detail and proactive approach in IT Management make her a perfect fit for the tamburrino team. Dixie has been known to show up at science fiction conventions in her persona of a Captain in Starfleet. She also reads, crochets, gardens and attends classic car shows with her husband, Jeff, in his purple 1955 Chevrolet Handyman station wagon.
As an Information Specialist, Deborah Mann welcomes problems and tackles them as if they are her own. In the 20+ years of her career, she has been instrumental in shaping the way departments are run and employees are trained. Much of her experience stems from her refusal to say no and give up on a challenging situation. Deborah’s free time is devoted to giving back to her community through a variety of non-profit charities as well as taking care of her four cats and spending time with her granddaughter and family.
Strongly recognized for his positivity, outstanding work ethic, professionalism, troubleshooting skills and creative mind, Martray Thompson-Murphy firmly believes in working hard until the task at hand is complete and his clients are satisfied. Martray has a strong background in graphic design and experience in software and design techniques including Mac OS, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Four the past two years Martray has served as an I.T consultant, where he is responsible for the supervision and upkeep of creative software and equipment including computers, printers, tablets, scanners and many of the other tools used by graphic design students and professionals. Martray is currently a senior graphic design major at Memphis College of Art, and is expected to graduate in May of 2019.
