Tamburrino Inc., a Memphis-based information technology company, has signed a lease in Downtown’s One Commerce Square.
The company, which is currently at 1460 Madison Ave., expects to move Feb. 1 into 1,800 square feet at 40 S. Main St., Suite 2190, expanding its space by about 800 square feet.
“We’re beyond excited to bring Tamburrino Inc. to the core of Downtown, where most of our clients are located,” president Patrick Tamburrino said in a prepared statement. “Our new suite in One Commerce Square will give us the ability to expand as our business continues to grow.”
Bentley Pembroke of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
