As the CEO and chief “technostrategist” of tamburrino, Patrick Tamburrino is committed to understanding his clients’ needs and working with them to help develop effective solutions. Prior to launching his full-time career in technology consulting, Patrick gained experience in Information Technology engineering, project management and I.T. management at four notable Memphis-based companies. Patrick has been responsible for management of nationwide network and telecommunications operations, disaster recovery operations and has managed I.T. budgets for companies whose annual revenues exceed $4 billion. When he is not busy running a successful Managed Services company, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, singing, playing the piano and competing in NPC bodybuilding events.

Director of Client Service

As Director of Client Service, As Tamburrino’s Senior Technical Support Specialist, Dixie Lucas effectively uses her 30-plus years of computer experience helping clients become more comfortable with existing and emerging technology. Dixie worked for much of her career at the Greater Memphis Chamber, where she aided staff with every day computer issues and maintained its core network. Dixie has years of experience in managing IT budgets, developing disaster recovery plans, and managing IT assets. Dixie is an excellent trainer and excels in one-on-one and classroom environments. Dixie’s attention to detail and proactive approach in IT Management make her a perfect fit for the Tamburrino team. Dixie has been known to show up at science fiction conventions in her persona of a Captain in Starfleet. She also reads, crochets, gardens and attends classic car shows with her husband, Jeff, in his purple 1955 Chevrolet Handyman station wagon.

An alumnus of Memphis College of Art, earning his bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Martray Thompson-Murphy is strongly recognized for his positivity, genuine personality, troubleshooting skills, and creativity. Starting as a technician and communications analyst, Martray has moved in to a supervisory position. He is responsible for ensuring that everyone is a team player, that our clients are well satisfied, a job he finds as a natural fit due to his patient and caring demeanor. No matter how challenging the task may be, he keeps a steady head and assures his clients that he will not give up until the issue is resolved.

Over the years, Martray has obtained an abundance of experience including; troubleshooting tactics, remote management, customer service, hardware builds, Meraki network equipment, cloud backups, and much more. As well as being very familiar with both Apple and pc platforms.

When Martray is not busy assisting clients, building hardware, or helping his fellow teammates, he spends the rest of his time as our in-house communications expert, where he is responsible for managing the upkeep of all branding and marketing assets & materials.

As IT Support Specialist, Aaron Payne uses his exceptional communication and technical expertise to assist clients. Aaron is a skilled troubleshooter with specialized training and experience in hardware, software, and device repair.

Aaron has an extensive background working with clients and vendors from multiple industries and countries, where he has made significant contributions to clients’ success.

When Aaron is not assisting clients at Tamburrino, Aaron can be found exploring local Memphis restaurants and sporting events or traveling with his wife.

Lakieta Tolbert has years of experience providing comprehensive technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software. She is adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues and ensuring the seamless performance of IT infrastructure.
